Proudly boasting an ex-yacht chef and a master butcher among us, we distinguish ourselves as possibly the only yacht provisioner with an in-house butchery. Hailing from the verdant landscapes of Ireland, Paul has had the privilege of honing his culinary craft under the tutelage of culinary maestros such as Heston Blumenthal and Paco Torreblanca. His firsthand experience as a yacht chef has equipped him with intimate knowledge of the intricacies of provisioning. He recognizes the paramount importance of both top-tier produce and unparalleled customer service. With fluency in English, Spanish, and French, Paul stands ready to offer specialized advice and is always available to assist and elevate your culinary needs.”
